Outback IT support services?

Apart from being a regular outback traveller, I am a member of the Committee of Management of the
Eyre Bird Observatory (EBO) on the Nullarbor coast south of Cocklebiddy. It's in an historic telegraph station in a very isolated location.
The IT support issues at EBO are getting more complex as online
services provide more capability for us to engage with the world, and run our not-for-profit business better. Since the EBO is run by volunteers of varying IT skills for 3 month stints, we are in need of somebody to provide proactive IT support.
That will involve an analysis of our IT environment, developing a plan to modernise our IT
infrastructure, and providing ongoing maintenance - all within our NFP budget...
Does anyone know of a group or person that provides this service? Is there anyone travelling Australia who understands the complexities of remote business management and can provide this service?
