Hi to All,

Hoping someone has installed a Starlink Mini on their Roof Rack - I have a Yakima rack which the bars go across the rack.

Looking for the best way to mount. Will be running the cabling into the 200 Series and using a Cowfish Cosmo Mini to ensure no voltage drop. This will be wired to a Red Vision battery setup

Any photos will be appreciated as well.

Thanks

Frosty

Have you asked on the Starlink Mini page?

Lots of people show their various ways of mounting the dish to their vehicles.

Hi Stephen,

Yes I’ve asked there too but so far only a couple of answers ie get a 3D printer which I don’t have.
Thanks

It looks like your planks have the usual grove setup so a starlink mini mounting
kit for a rhino roof rack etc should work though you may have to change/modify the channel
fixing nuts if they are different to the rhino rack ones.

If you have a Facebook account join the Starlink Mini Australia group. Lots of information and mounting options. Outcamp products seem popular. A bit depends on whether you want the ability to quickly remove the device or want a semi-permanent mount. I haven't set mine up yet, but will probably go with this Outcamp mount and the protective cover.
Stefan Fischer has done a preliminary review of the Outcamp mount.
