I've been given a Teclast T60Ai_ROW tablet to try, which is supposed to have a GPS going by what I've read online. But the Oziexplorer app that I installed on the tablet (Trail version) is telling me there is no gps (gnss) hardware on the device. Am I missing something and haven't turned something on? Any advice would be appreciated.

No idea about the tablet, but a plug-in GPS is just a few bucks if it needs one.

Hi Guys,

An external GPS is a great option, I use a “Bad Elf” external GPS myself. The only drawback is that you cannot keep your tablet charged at the same time that the external GPS is being used, as it uses the same port on the tablet to plug into as the charging cable.

Specs are here:

https://en.teclast.com/products/t60ai-tablet

No mention of GNSS receiver. And given it doesn't have any cellular hardware the chances are low that it has GNSS hardware.

Install a simple speedometer app as a second test..
