When I go to map screen it is blue and blank. Online or offline. However the satellite screen works ok.

Have you completed all the downloads successfully and enabled all the recommended permissions & settings

ExplorOz traveller. Not first time, I have used it successfully for the last 2 years. On iPhone it’s ok, on iPad it’s blank. Settings and updates all up to date Eotopo25 installed.

Hi Ian : probably best contacting the help desk , save yourself a lot of time and headaches they are very responsive from my experience .

Ian,
First thing to try is to close the app (not just send to background) via a swipe away from your devices app switcher. When you open again you should see the blue screen with logo in centre as it loads.
