They look like the ROH TRAC 2
You can get them from most tyre
places.

Evening Torskin.
If these are ROH TRAK II'S which it looks like I can advise the following:
Approx. 5 weeks ago I had five supplied and fitted to my Troopy (16 x 7 inch) including a new balance for $95.00 ea.
Donellans at
the junction of Ferntree Gully Road and Princess Hwy, Oakleigh, Vic was the nearest and cheapest I could find at that time.
