A while back a guide was offered on how to reinstate Explooz when access to Google stops. This dropout seems an anomaly but has now occurred to me for a second time . Can you kindly direct me to that guide or provide the information again.

Can you describe the circumstances more fully?

If you are asking whether the app can be downloaded for off-line installation then I'm pretty sure the answer is you can't, you must have access to Google Play. I think this is called an apk file or Android Package Kit and these aren't usually available. From memory, apps like OziExplorer do have apk files to download but you have to give all sorts of permissions to install an app not on the Play store. There in lies the sum total on my limted knowledge of this world, so it may be faulty.
