Does anyone have some contact details of companies that supply the poly tanks thata can be fitted under four wheel drives. Specifially I'm after one to fit under a GU patrol ute and one to fit just in front of the rear mud guard. I've seen the latter on a couple of cruisers but don't know were to source them.

Thanks

Hi Austravel

I have seen some fitted to 100 series Cruisers when the spare tyre used to be. They sourced the water tanks from caravan suppliers.

Hi, The water tanks I have fitted to our Landcruiser utility are made by Gough Plastics in Townsville. They are specifically designed for mounting under the tray of a utility, with special bracketing, brass attachments and metal fittings. The tanks are of a very high quality and have an 80 litre capacity. We have 2 fitted to our 4x4 Catering vehicle and they fit neatly between the rails of any tray. They are easy to fit and come complete with breathers and filler pipes. They are also designed that they can be back filled for faster more efficient filling.

They aren't cheap, but quality never is. They are available through Motorama 4x4xMore Salisburu Brisbane Ph.3717 2700

Cheers
George

I got through ARB southside (Brisbane) that holds 80lts and fits under a LC 79 series, had to fit myself because it wasn't one of their usual product line

Hiya, ]

I have a 52l stainless steel tank fitted under my 78 series LC. It works a treat, and is super tough. It also has a pump hooked up to the battery.
