Well guys , the news is out . Plans for the new Nissan Patrol also includes IFS lol
I guess were all stuff*d now lol .

Truckster, up until 2 weeks ago nissan hadnt confirmed wether the new pootrol was live or IFS.
I had heard for some time the new pootrol [next body design] will be IS all around.
Of course the first post of this thread is just text, without data ;-)

The Patrol update is definately rigid front axle.
As for the all new one (2-3 years away) you would be guessing, but probably will have at least IFS if not IFS/IRS

Live axle is what is being seen in Arab testing, including the V8 Ti with spare wheel underneath

Guys , this is the info at hand , The big banga V8 is a no no for Australia . We will see a 4.8 V6 , that is in Saudi already . The front end will be IFS and the rear is still unsure. I have emailed
pic's to Truckster but he will not post them , hhmmmm interesting
