Why do I need to buy the app again

We had the app on our Samsung Tablet which had been working fine, but I have recently done the update and when I try to open the app on the tablet it is saying I have to buy the app to be able to continue.
Is this correct?
I also have the 12 month membership.
Await any assistance on this matter. We are currently travelling and cannot track where we are going.

Same here. Was quite happy with the previous version but now I have none. Now I own a mapping app were I own the maps for ever.

I take it, you are doing an update on Android OS on your tablet or an update on the Explore Oz.
If this is the case, either way, go back into the App Store and down load the Traveller App, what will happen is that you should get a message, saying the download is complimentary(you will not get charged) as you already have a purchased a 2025 licence.
