Good evening. Was wondering if anyone has recently or in the past accessed Desert Queen Baths and the southern section of the
Park from the Telfer
Mine Road. We are. towing a Vista Crossover camper. Has good clearance both underneath and rear.
Cheers
D

T'was a few years ago now, but we went down through Telfer
Mine to Karlamilyi in our Patrol, towing a Tvan. I don't think you'll have any problems. We enjoyed it.

Thank you Cuppa for your reply as
well. Enjoyed reading the blog and we are looking forward to visiting the
Park in the next month or so before heading to Newhaven and Alice before back to
Newcastle. It is so good to have advice available so easily thanks to this
forum.

David, fortuitously, I just received an email update from a person who has just returned from Rudall.
Northern end coming in from Telfer was still pretty rough with plenty of soft sand in the stretch just prior to the DQB turn in. DQB access hasn't changed much. Slow but easily managed. Southern section was much improved and access to Tjarra
Pool OK with good
water remaining in
the pool.
Hope that assists.
Safe Travels Mick
