Where are you starting from? When are you going? How long a trip do you plan? Do you like coastal and hinterland, hilly - mountainous country, inland plains or remote inland areas? We need a bit of guidance.

My answer to a bald question like you asked is - if you are an inquisitive person, then just head off with no plan. Stop each night and ask what is around. If you are observant, then you will find something of interest anywhere you go. If there is nothing much that interests you, then move on. If there is plenty to interest you, then settle in for a few nights and explore the area before moving on. That way, you will learn about our country. If you pick a few exciting highlights and explore them you will get sick of travelling fairly quickly, then you will lose interest in travelling. Just go out and look for yourself ad find things, you have the rest of your life to explore and find things.

Hi Neel b,

No offence intended, but that is a very ambiguous question. You don’t state a starting point, mode of transport, or direction of travel. Very difficult to give you any meaningful responses if you “don’t fill in the gaps”.

The French love us Aussies.
Once they find out your Australian and not English their attitude changes.
