I have a HN7 gps and works fine in my Pajero and also in Ford
Ranger ute I recently used for work. Last week I tried to use it in a Triton ute at work and it lost satellite reception. Goggle suggests that FM radio or crash camera can interfere with gps. Strange that it worked fine in Ford
Ranger which had crash camera and radio similar to Triton. I tried a couple of different positions for gps in Triton but didn't help.
Anyone else experienced this issue and worked out solution?

Hi Dunworkin,
Interesting handle for someone who is still working. Does the Triton have a “metalised” band in the windscreen?
Macca.

Triton
Looks like a normal windscreen to me, with camera in front of rear view mirror. The Triton has a camera mounted on the roof to record road conditions, this camera has a gps on it as
well. Inside ute there is a Hummingbird gps rally meter that works fine.
Maybe the additional electronic gear on ute interferes with Hema gps

Ifthe gps /camera on the roof is transferring gps signal to unit inside the cab. Then you have two signals of gps trying to be interpreted by the Hema and it may get a Tad Confused. Not unexpected, but you DIDN'T GIVE the FULL STORY at the beginning.

I have a windscreen mounted car camera as
well as a 10 inch Samsung tablet mounted on dash for maps and internet. . Both work fine 2018 Triton. I also have the same set up in my 2014 Pajero.
