Tagalong to Cape York

I did a Tagalong with Great Divide Tours to Cape York - a great experience. they run one Cape trip a year. This years one has just returned.

Tony, we just did cape york, but by our selves, 2 adult + 2 kids, had a ball and met plenty of people similar anyway, but we did come across a group, a few times actually as we criss crossed, tag-a-long, run by Bob Duncan from brisbane, Duncan's 4wd I think they trade as, the people in the group were having a great and interesting time, and held Duncan's in high regard. The group had participants from many States as well.

Tony, It is 12 months away. This gives you plenty of time to join a club and get the experience needed to go there on your own, or even better as part of a club trip. This will not only save you money as tag-a-long tours are not cheap but it will also give you far more rewards then any tag-a-long can give you. If you are in Sydney I can recommend a few clubs.
