We visited with member Gajm [Glenn, Caz and family] today to
check out their Trakshak camper trailer, and had a lovely time chatting, and an even lovlier time sharing lunch with them. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
cheers

Hi Lyn
I don't envy your position, There are so many top quality Aussie built campers out there that you will spend forever trying to make up your mind.
Have you looked at the
Kimberley Camper, it looks to be one of the better off road units out there.
In the end I know what you will be doing all weekend at the 4wd show in October.

Hi
John, we've looked at lots, but we're pretty set on the TrakShak esp with it's 2x queen beds and tent size....and we were impressed with what we saw today, esp the packing away...
cheers

Lyn,
The Trak Shak is excellant for the family. I have had one for abot 7 years now and can't complain. They are based in
Adelaide but do all the major shows around. A couple of things that really like which is quite often overlooked by a lot of people is the fact that you can leave your beds made up and just fold everything in, Great storeage and weight distribution/balancing with jerr'ys. Twelve in total can be fitted and re distributed as you empty them to keep trailer balanced.
As fa as the family goes
mine is a deluxe one with a 12x12 floor area which is great for when it is rainining all day. Nothing worse than being cooped up in a small area.
My opinion when I bought it was that for a family it was the best C/T. When the kids stop coming I might get rid of it and get something better suited to a couple.

hi David, it's certainly the most impressive one we've seen for a family esp with
young kids who don't want to sleep outside in a tent, we were impressed with the storage and tent space....now...just to get one...ahahhaa...
cheers
