Guys/Gals,
I have just inherited a 92 SWB Ford Maverick 4.2 diesel and I am trying to find out any differences with the 92 GQ Patrol (apart from the re-badging).

that's exactly all it is........just re-badging. youll find all the specs the same.

as others have said - basically the same, but the Ford factory chose to offer/not offer a couple of options.
rear sway bar disconnect - Nissan only I think
electric sunroof - Nissan option only
manual sunroof - Ford only (XLT)
factory colours different
nothing that really matters. I've had my SWB 91 Maverick from new and I'm happy (but wish it was a diesel)
