I want to send email of a log to family and friends, I have created the log, changed the colour of the track but can’t see how to make the track line bolder to improve visibility. Also do I then simply take a screen shot and upload it to my email or is there are clever way in ExploreOz to do it.

if you make the track log shareable, you can create a link to that track log on a web page.
