Mould on camper canvas after winter storage

Pulled the camper out after winter storage and found mould spots across the canvas. What's worked for others to get it off without damaging the canvas? And is there a trick to stopping it coming back next time it's stored? Keen to hear what's actually worked, not just what the bottles promise.
