Hi.
I like to use the WebApp to plan and review my road trips. What I find frustrating is that I just can't open the app on my laptop (Windows 11) and run the app immediately. I have to install the app every time I want to use it and then sync. Am I missing something or is this the way it is suppose to be. Otherwise, love the product, couldn't be without it.

No it should just open. Contact me via the Help Desk and I will help you find the issue - my first thought is it sounds like you may not have cookies enabled maybe?
