Dont laugh too much but how do i tell if my warn winch M8274-50 is 12 volt or 24 volt .

If it has a part number on it this may help: WAR 38631 12Volt
WAR386312 12Volt
WAR 375832 24Volt
Other wise hook it up to a 12 volt battery and see how it goes.

Try going on Warne site and see if model # gives any clues.
