Gidday All,Just fitted my MP3 player to the 80 series and thanks to utemad (how to find which speaker is which with a battery.Works
well)and to Bob H.I already own a Gregorys w/
shop manual (RTFMF)but the code was all wrong.
All is
well.Now I will have something to listen to outback other than the ball and chain.

use a battery, say 12v dry cell, you know the ones you need to operate the walking talking kids toys,,,, and way take a pair of speaker wires and touch ine side of the speaker wires to the + on the batt and the other on the neg and when you touch and release the wire it will make the speaker make a poping sound, then you know which is which, but remember that you have to have all the speakers + and - the same way other wise it will sound like a vacumme and if the speaker is blown it wont make a sound...(LOL)

.....and if you dont have a 12V battery handy, a 9V will do just fine, and if you cannot distinguish the above pop or vacuum sounds, then remove the speaker grille and watch the speaker cone movement, outward movement is the correct polarity, inwards movement is the reverse polarity.
