Radiator problems (need to relocate radiator or modify shroud on 80 series at least)
You should be able to run 285/75 R16's now and that should suffice given IFS (no experience here just a thought) and insurance issues.
Steering shaft probs (rubbing on firewall)
R U going to fit yourself?
Time over again I would go for 4"
suspension lift but that's not possible with IFS so I see your dilemna.
