Heading around Yengo NP this weekend, anyone interested in tagging along to see some good Aboriginal engraving sites and a tour of a new area called Big Yango. Big Yango is a recent addition to the NP and some good scenic 4WD trails exist around Mt Yengo. Let us know if you are interested, good camping aswell with not many people.

Would have loved to Jeff. Unfortunately this weekend has been booked up already :(

I've been trying to get into Big Yango for an overnight camp for ages but just can't seem to find a free weekend. Maybe now the kids' sport has finished for a few weeks ...

And yes, I know about the key and arrangements :)

QUITE - don't tell everyone. Guess how gives out the keys !!!! Thats my patch, so I know the place pretty well and can give a pretty good tour. I was just heading there this weekend and thought someone may have been interested in an orientation.

Jeff ... It just dawned on me. You're the ranger at Gosford that I played telephone tag with last October long weekend.

I was trying to find out that status of Old Settler's Road, you returned my call on the mobile and I missed it. I tried calling you back but couldn't get in touch.

Ah well, eventually found out it was closed when we got there. We still had a good time in Yengo and the Watagans though. That's the good thing about that part of the world. There are lots of options.

Hi Jeff:

Got onto this too late - but if you do it again I'd love to tag along. Thanks.
