4wd hire in The Alice

Anyone know where we can hire a 4wd in Alice Springs that you can take 4wdriving as Lex has forced me to go away for a few days next week. Look forward to any help.

We where with people who hired cars from Thrifty - two Patrols and a Pajero - all turbo diesels. These were used extensively on rough tracks. Thrifty didn't seem to mind.

Just day trips as we only have 3 days & I wont to take Lex to Big Hole & Wallace Rock Hole to take some photos of places she has'nt been before.

Thrifty is probably your best bet in Alice. Just be aware that no hire cars are covered by insurance in the Territory between sunset and sunrise. To many big rabbits :0)
It might pay to book well ahead as the 4wds are constantly booked out in advance.

Thanks for the help guys. Rang Thrifty & 4by is booked, only problem is it's a Tojo but joing off road is ok
