Hi Jim
Buy a 11 seat Troopy then you will have room to spare for the extra kids. LOL

Don't know a huge amount about them, I was very close to buying one a few years back, test drove it, it was nice, not as gutless as first thought.
I would have bought it but for some fincial issues at the time. ie Girlfriend at the time LOL.

Ah Jim you are coming to the dark side eh ??

Good side is - very tough driveline, better gearbox in pre 98 models, body is strong, the earlier diesel had few probs and is heaps cheaper to service than the later 3.0td., high parts commonality from early 90s to now. very underrated and therefore under priced.

bad side - rear seats not the easiest to access, those standard tyres are hopeless, dont expect holden to know anything about it, trans case hangs a bit low but has good bash plates and is usually not a prob unless you go rock hopping. Drivers seat needs spacing back if you are 6ft or more.

Go for it buddy, you are more than welcome to take mine for a squirt if you like (but i have the v6 and no 3rd row seats) cheers Brad
