I have a Garmin ll+ GPS. and have just bought OziExplorer, along with Hema Desert
Treks and the Auslig maps. How should I set up my GPS as far as Datums, Heading etc.

Malcolm - your best bet is to read the help file that comes with OziExplorer - I recommend printing it out and then take the time to read the entire lot - everything you need to know will be there. Also apart from asking Q's here join the ozi user group at Yahoo - all problems will be solved.
