Tyres in size LT285/75R16 122/119Q. Production Date: 1 July 1998 - 31 July 2002 by Bridgestone. Manufactured in Japan. The tyre is principally fitted to larger four wheel drive vehicles.

Defect details: It is possible that a small percentage of the tyres may experience belt detachment, especially if operated below recommended inflation pressures for the load carried by the tyre or above the maximum load. If inflated to the correct pressure and not overloaded, the tyres will perform well.

I thought the whole idea of a 4x4 was to play around in areas where lowering tyre pressures was a necessity. It sounds like they are saying as long as you don't lower pressures, you should be OK. Glad my 693s are 15"
