Going to change the twin CAV filter setup(useing filter in one and the other as
water trap only)to a single setup.BUT I need a primer in the system as out woop woop its a bit harder to fill the filters up to bleed system. The original filter/primer is U/S.Can you get a CAV type filter ass. with a inbuilt primer?
Cheers all Nick

I got
mine from Mayfield Diesel Service. So any self respecting diesel injector place should be able to get you one.
Australian agents for Delphi
Delphi used to be Lucas, so they are the same thing.

What about trying the wreckers......it might be a different vehicle brand/model, but could work. EG: a Nissan Patrol primer could be bolted on and use an adapter for the CAV .....Denso (or Denco??) make them.

Denco Diesel sell these filter assemblies with primers and will throw in a spare replacement filter free of charge. The filter assemblies are $109.00 plus any fittings that you may need.
Cheers
