G'day Eric
I have a Safari intercooler fitted to my 80 series that has dual batteries. I'm sure if you contact a Safari outlet they may be able to help.
Mine was already installed when I bought the vehicle so I don't know much about the cost or installation.
Mark.

Gday Eric
The t/d can have a second battery. The problem lies with the rout of the returning air on a petrol, if you ran the return beside the incoming and cut more of the inner guard away, you could pipe the return through between the guard and the inner guard sidewall instead of through the engine bay. That way you can keep the second battery where it is...
I am doing an install soon aswell. Keep me informed as to how tou go.
Andrew
