I can't make it for the 9am start but would like to catch up at some stage during the day. Are there any prefered tracks you normally tackle when you leave puffing billy or is there perhaps a planned lunch stop I could hook up at?

Blue - you obviously haven't been outside this weekend as it is 'persisting' down the proverbial 'datsun cogs'here in the waverley area, as
well as being almost sub zero in temp.
However if you do go, best of British luck to you and the others. Think I'll just crank the ducted heating up another notch and read a 'truckster' post or two.

Sorry Blue,
Due to the weather there has been little response to this trip.
We'll try it again in a week or so. It's usually a lot of fun.

No worries, I was out yesterday from DomDom saddle in the black spur to Woodspoint. Tracks looked bad but were suprisingly good. Only one recovery for the day. The central heating idea does sound good though...
Maybe next time

Boys
Yesterday only mad dogs and Englishmen would have been out and about.
So today I slept in to 11.00am (I know! but first time for a long time) and on looking outside - brilliant sunshine and what looks like a not too bad day. Should have know better than to 'gob off' about the weather.
The Dande's would have had their fair share of the wet stuff however and possibly made for a miserable day out.
Anyway thats life and/or weather for you
Melbourne. Don't you just just luv it.
