Don't think you'll find those mods anywhere. If you want to improve the diesel's performance, then fit an aftermarket chip; I assume the same with the V6. Exhaust mods make little difference to the 1KZ-TE diesel.
But theres two email groups that cater for the 120 series:
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/120scool/ and
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/90series/
Cheers

There are undoubtedly gains to be made on the V6 particularly in the area of exhaust manifolds and cats however due to the complexity of the engine management system used on this engine, it may be a can of worms best left unopened. Engine management enhancements in the form of an interceptor style computer such as the Unichip (or plug-in Dtronic for the 1KZ-TE) yield significant gains in engine performance throughout the RPM range - not just limited to high RPM improvements.
Also for the sake of completeness, the links for the lcool groups are best reached via the
http://www.lcool.org web site rather than yahoogroups - because the application page is on the lcool web site.
Hope this helps.

The biggest exhaust gain for the diesel is in the muffler, though the Dtronic difference on its own pales this in comparison for extra power.
There has been people on the www.lcool.org 120 prado email list who have fitted unichips and quote better low down grunt, and a 15-17% increase in total power while economy improves by 1-3lt per 100km.
