Red book doesn't take into account all those extras, they gotta be worth something surely.

You would think so, but not full retail.
people have whinged here before when I said the same as you
EG a $1800 winchis worth $900 second hand.
etc ..
just to give you a round figure use redbook, then you work out what you think the other bits are worth

With a spec'd up ute like that one, the person needs to find the right buyer. Someone who wants it as a work ute probably wouldn't care about the off road accessories and wouldn't pay much extra. However someone like yourself knows the benefits of these accessories and will use them so may be prepared to pay a higher price in order to get them.
I bought my ute bog standard but next time I think I would be happy to pay a bit extra and get some discounted goodies since I know I will probably end up buying them anyway.

He was trying to get some of his loot back but in the end he got sick of it sitting in the garage. I Just have to learn how the drive a bus like that :) ....Bruce, are you free soon for lessons :)

See what happens Bruce. I have that week off work but some dudes are coming to lay some timber flooring during that week and the missus is away in NZ. Hopefully the weekend will be ok but I have to fit the Avoca trip in somewhere also. I'm picking the Lux up this Sat, no pics yet.
Not much of a motor, petrol 22r, dual fuel, so it doesn't go anywhere in a hurry, carries 200 litres of fuel. Try and catch you on ICQ.

I wasn't really fussed about it, just depended on what came along. The 22r's last as long as a diesel, use more fuel of course but a lot cheaper in other aspects. It's no big drama to drop a diesel in if I should ever need one badly enough.
