Hi There,
Can any body give me some iformation on Torsion Bar
Suspension on a Camper Trailer. We are looking at buying one second hand and it has this type of
suspension and we are not quite familiar with it. Also planning a trip round oz where hopefully we will be going off road quite a bit and prob more extreme Offroad.
Your feed back will be greatly appreciated.

A torsion bar works just like a coil in using the torsional stiffness of the steel as the spring to suspend the vehicle.
Not the easiest of things to fix compared to coils springs though, should a problem arise.
