HI MY NAMES ANDY I AM DOING MY SENIOR YEAR PROJECT ON GREEN TREE FROGS AND NEED TO DO A STUDY ON THEM AND NEED TO FIND AN AREA WHERE THEY ARE REGULARLY SEEN
I WILL BE TRAVELLING TOWARDS MENINDEE/
BROKEN HILL AREA WITHIN THE NEXT MONTHS TO DO MY VISIONAL STUDIES
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THE COMMON AREA FOR THESE FROGS AS WE ARE ONLY GIVEN A SET AMOUNT OF FINANCE TO COMPLETE OUR PROJECTS I CANT TRAVEL ALOT FURTHER THAN
MENINDEE AND I DONT WANT TO GO TO THE WRONG AREA OR SOME WHERE WITH THE WRONG WEATHER,SO IF ANYONE CAN HELP POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC......AND MUM WILL BE HAPPY DO AS SHE HAS TO DRIVE THERE!

A pity you can't travel further to
Darwin, my spa is full of them! Their tapoles that is! They just sit around the edge a 'croak' all night.

it's halfway between
Port Hedland &
Broome Andy.
You'll find a plethora of them in
Broome as
well and will anywhere tropical I believe. Not too sure about
Broken Hill and it's surrounds though. Better get Mum to pack the swag & fill up that fuel
tank!

toilet block white lipped type.
You can study while doing a p-o or having a shower.

townsville they were everywhere. not sure about
broken hill ..isn't it a bit dry out there for them ??? ( sorry i'm not a frog expert :-) )

go to your loal fruit and veg
shop - they are often found in with the banans. besides this the best place to reliably find them is in caravan
park dunney blocks at night so perhaps get out your frog book with the distribution of the species and try ringing caravan parks in the areas
