Thanks GUNBUD. I was just wondering weather 5 leaf springs was to light as most manufacturers advertise 7.Same with the 10oz canvas most seem to have 12-15oz.

10oz Canvas isn't a big drama. Makes packing up easier , and its a tad lighter.

My opinion is 5 Leafs IS to small. Are they Eye to eye , or slipper springs.

How long is the drawbar ?

75x50 seems a little small as well. Mine has 6ft drawbar using 100 X 50.

Overall , my opinion on your possible use . . . keep looking.

Yeah agree with flappan (the comment about the Explorer Graham, "nasty") min for off road camper 100x50 drawbar the length is not that criticle between 5' to 6' is OK and 7 eye to eye rebound leaf springs the 10oz canvas is not an issue realy although 12oz would be better, we went a bit over board with our canvas having 16oz it is heavy but long term should last, the rest 100x50 drawbar 5 6" long, 7leaf rebound springs double rib sides checker plate guards and floor and 50x50 chassie all hot dip gal thats what we have. The Cape is a killer on campers so the stronger the better.

Depends how much weight you intend to put in your camper. Remember to match the suspension to the load to make the springs work .I would rather a litte too much weight on the springs than not enough.

Also run lower air in ithe trailer tyres to tke harshness out of the corrugations
