OK now I have your attention - who would like to see pics of their modified beasts on ExplorOz? I am interested in receiving photos of modified engines, both under the bonnett and during installation, even in bits on the workshop floor for use in an upcoming performance article. Please note there is some urgency in this requirement, hence using the Forum to see what I can get today. Thanks everyone :-)

Are you only talking about modded engines, or body, suspension etc?

sorry for the delay in answering you I'm trying hard to finalise a newsletter and this performance article the pics are to go in. Yes - only Engine Performance pics (extractors, exhaust, injectors, turbos, superchargers etc) OR conversions such as V8 Chevys in cruisers etc.

Please email pics to me directly - use About Us for link.

Michelle, not sure what you are looking for, my modded GU TD is nothing much to look at , but goes very well. I could post a pic of the 3" exhaust, but that would be all you could see! If you would like any further information, just ask.

I could send you some pics of the camper I,m building at the moment.
The beast well, it's for later on. But I,m sure, you would like to see the beast
of my friend. He's got a beauty, a dash, hummmm, looks like a 747 cockpit. The earlier model 747 of course, the latest ones havn't got that many gauges anymore.

gday Michelle,

Are you wanting 'modified engines' , or something really modified like a 100 series cruiser with a 454 under the hood?

Cheers

Chris.

Thanks Chris - you'll notice tongiht that you'll receive a newsletter featuring a new article about Engine Performance and that we've added a new Topic to the list in the left margin - called Service & Mods, so even if it doesn't get added to the article today, I will still find a place for it (and any others that people are prepared to send to me). It would be all pretty boring if we only showed pics of our donk wouldn't it! And I know there's some serious machines out there - happy to caption the pics such as "Member Donk's Donk" if people would like the world to know that pic is of their vehicle.
