Wheel nut size GU

Can anyone tell me if most wheel nuts are the same size and pitch. I need 6 wheel nuts for a GU, can I just pick any from the wreckers or are they model specific, will a holden fit a patrol etc?

The are all different... but apparently g60 - Gu are same.

I am pretty sure they are 12 x 1.25mm. And I do not think holden studs will fit a patrol.
