Noticed in one of the web car mailings I get that bleep bleep dealer of Bleep Bleep Suburb and GMH have lost a supreme court case challenging some regulatory body in NSW which wanted them to replace a "lemon" - First time it has happened in Aust apparently and now the NSW Govt is thinking about "lemon" legislation similar to USA. (It was a holden or something - that is irrelevent - The *()**%$^ dealer is the one who &&^%$# my Jackaroo and then abused my wife when she climbed into them)

Not a bad idea - Heartland Holden Parramatta - I guess it is common knowledge now it is a reported court case.

If I am not mistaken, there have been "lemon" laws in NSW for a decade or so. I don't think this is a new thing, its just a case of people not knowing their rights and the big guys riding roughshod over the customer.
Anyway, its good to hear of the common man/woman having a win every now and again.
