A touring tent with plenty of room to move, the Tanami Tourer is a home away from home. Not only is it one of the easiest tents to erect, it creates a space big enough for two adults and all their equipment. No more crawling around - its unique pole construction means you don't have to stand near the centre pole to have head room. The Tanami Tourer's simple five-step assembly means have a spacious tent ready to use within minutes, even in windy conditions.

I tried that site, strange, "dgi" ??
Funny how none of the links open, no identity.
Think "dgi" is an acronym for doDGI as in dodgy bros.
caveat emptor.

Truckster
Thanks for the notice, it's appreciated when people take the time to post potentially useful items.
If the stiching, zips, floor and mozzie mesh (does it have any mesh?) are reasonably durable it would be a good buy because quality tents are too dear for occasional users like me.
Could you or anyone who has a look at one (or a similar product) post a report please?

Glad to help.
Maybe give them a call/email and ask some questions as to whats seconds on them. Maybe even see if you can go and inspect one.
If you got one and it cost $150-200 to 'repair' you would still be infront of other good quality canvas tents!
Take care

I bought one of these Tanami seconds and had no trouble with it. I waterproofed it (as it was not guaranteed waterproof) with a stick of wax along the inside seams. No
water problems.
I have since bought one of the Australian made models (a lot dearer) and use it. Excellent tent. I actualy bought the "second" to see if I liked it. I did. Just sold the "second" to a guy in my car club.
