Hi there, I am considering buying a new swag. I like the look of the Burke & Wills Coolabah. Has anyone had one of these? Can anyone recommend the best place (
Brisbane) to buy one?
Thanks, DB...

G'day
I've got a Burke & Wills single (not sure what model) and while it's been good I'm not convinved I see the value for money. We've also got a Down Under Double swag and I think this brand is much better value IMHO. I like
the rip-stop heavy weight canvas, strong stitching, reinforced leather corners and ripple foam mattress(very comfy) on the Down Under, as
well as the value for money. There are some other brands out there are also worth looking at before you decide. Swags are just about built to last a lifetime so it worth putting in some research.
That's my 2 cents.

I know you wanted info on the Burke & Wills but,....
I've got the Ultima General swag and highly recommend it. If you don't like the swag laying on you it can be suspended from a bullbar or tree on both sides and it has a 60mm mattress. I believe it's made by a ex-army guy now based in Lismore. I purchased it here (Dubbo) from the camping store.
Just my 2 cents. Cheers, Jon

Gday aka
Have a look at the Bushwakka swag.
All the guys in our club have either single or doubles.
I have a single and am very happy. Good pricing.
Check out the travler with the alternate entry.
They have a web site, try www.bushwakka.com.au or something along those lines.
Best of luck
