What? Is he leaving? Has he had a dummy spit?
Nope, none of the above....
today, I bought a Black Wolf Turbo 300 tent, so........... Wolfie, Mrs. Wolfie & Black Wolf!!
Goin' away this weekend for a while, will give you a report, on how easy it was for me to watch Tracy put it up, and pack it away!
I told her it is her wedding anniversary present! That's right isn't it? 24 years is canvas?
Well, is it?
Tell ya what, won't be taking it out on my own in the Honda.......... won't fit..........

Aroona Valley up in the Flinders for 5 days. Do Sky Trek & stuff.
I'm really looking forward to it Ray. Normally don't get all wound up about going away, but this time, my head was already there 3 days ago!
Camp at one spot I reckon, and make that our base I think.
Cheers

Half way along the Aroona Valley track theres a
creek crossing (may not be running) on the RHS just before the crossing is an excellent
campsite Wolfie, nice and sheltered and away from the throng

Wot! After just a couple hours on the test track you have got the bug and Doin
it in the Delica.
You will not have any troubles doing Sky Treck - allow a full day to have a
good look. Does the new tent come with rock penitrating tent pegs?
Have fun, we will be at the annual
Whyalla 4WD weekend.
Cheers

Is three a wolf pack?
Camped at Willow Springs in April and it wasa nice spot. Bit of a walk to showers but so what.
Hope its not too busy.
Keep out of the
creek beds for
camping as some areas had a bit of a down pour today. And you will need sturdy tent pegs, I use a piece of 6mm rod and weld a chain link near the top. It lets you drive the pegs in straight down instead of the arc of the conventional ones. You can also weld a high tensile bolt head on top of the peg to stop it burring over.
Have a good trip and come home safely
