Hi all,
Can anyway confirm if a SA Deserts Parks Pass is required to travel the Bore Track from Bollards Laggon to Innamincka or is a 24 hours pass sufficient?

I think you only have to pay the fee at Bollards Lagoon to use their end of the track and no other pass is required. If I'm wrong, I'll soon get told.

Des Lexic, you are correct. Call into the Bollards Lagoon Station, pay $10 & get a mud map of the track.

Thats right and if you come from the north they would appreciate a courtesy call ahead. The route gets a bit messy with mining tracks, but just follow the bore track signs. Nice track.

Yep, give Gina or Gary a call prior to travel, I have the phone number here somewhere, but you can get it easily in Innamincka. No desert parks pass required, but be aware this is private property. This is a great way to travel between Innamincka and Camerons Corner. as the new Strzelecki track is really a huge gravel highway and boring by comparison. If you have been travelling a while like we had, the accomodation at Bollards is welcome, though the demountable is really basic, the cottage is better.

I have just completed the trek notes for this track, and hopefully the ever efficient Julliana will have them up on the site soon.
