I just received some advertising from Nissan Australia with details on the new model Patrol. Most would have been aware of this. But to my surprise there is also mention of the new Pathfinder. It is much bigger (I presume similar to the US models) and offers the choice of petrol or turbo diesel engines. Final details of the Pathy are yet to be notified, but there are some piccies.

To Post Hyperlinks;
at the bottome of the post page is some code, copy it to your post so it looks like this;
link text

delete whats between the " " I.E this bit;
"http://domain.com/path" and replace it with the address for the web page you are linking to;

the delete the words link text and replace it with whatever you want to write... usually the page name or a description or click here or something. If you get the link wrong, the "submit" will let you know.
Daunting at first but easy after the zillionth time... :-))

It worked!

Some nice pictures and advertising now appear as if by magic when you click on the "link text" in my last post.

We saw the new Patrol being photographed in the Flinders a month or two ago. It looks like just another facelift with 17 inch wheels.

The Pathfinder could be interesting. I had one for two years and really enjoyed it, except for the petrol consumption when towing a camper trailer to Innamincka. We were using about 20 litres/100 KM and with the small standard tank the range was only a bit over 400KM. I traded it in on a Patrol 3.0 TDI. It is much better, More power, more room and better economy. If the same engine is in the Pathy it will be a good machine provided the tank is bigger than the petrol version.
