trip to south east S.A 5thto 8th November

Can someone please advise us of places to stay & places to see in the south east of south australia
we have all available camping gear, dont mind bush camping or site setup & are travelling in 2 Nissan GQ lwb
looking to do some 4x4ing plus siteseeing

Warren,
You should be leaving the week before and catch up with the Exploroz gathering at Robe from Friday 29th until the 2nd of Nov. The Little Dip and Canunda National Parks are worth seeing as is the Glenelg River area over the border and the Princess Margaret Caves if your into that. The Glenelg River is renowned for it's canoeing. Your not far from the Great Ocean Road either.
There is a good tourist office at Mt Gambier where you will get more info than you can poke a stick at.

I had my name down for the Robe trip
But unfortunatly one of my friends that was going with us mother died & well there is a memorial service then & well thats what friends are for being flexable when u need them
so i will have to forgo that trip but will catch up on one later in the year
so it will be just 2 4x4s going on our little trip
we where going to go up the flinders but too hot now
