Last week after going through the terrano, the car has decided to get back at me.
Now every time I get in the car and put the key into the ignation barrel .All the door lock tight.Talk about scaring the crap out of you.
I think I'll name the car 'Cristine" for no other reason.I'll start looking for the tailpipe the exits into the car now.

Do you have an alarm?

My alarm has an 'anti-hijack' feature that if enabled will lock all the doors when started and unlock when switched off or if you like just lock or just unlock.

Perhaps you enabled it accidentally?

Yep got a alarm. Dont ask me what kind its a jap model. Its got a big button that lock/unlock and a little button if you hold it down it sets the alarm off. I'll try to play around with it and see if I can get rid of it....next thing I now it will chirp every time I hit a button...:-P

thanks shadow

It's an alarm option that you have activated somehow! usually alarm options can be changed by turning ingnition key to ON position and pressing buttons on your remote, for example hold for 2 sec. to activate option 3 or pres twice to activate option 5 etc. Try to find user manual for your alarm system and you'll be in control of Christine!
