Vehicle recalls are not unusual but this is a 1992/1995 holden Jackaroo vehicle safety recall
As part of Holden's commitment to customer safety ' we have initiated a vehicle safety recall campaign on Holden Jackaroo vehicles; model years 1992 to 1995 fitted with a V6 petrol engine.
Holden is aware that the throttle cable seal may deteriorate over time. There is a possibility that this deterioration may cause the seal to stick to the inner cable. If this occurs, it is possible that this may result in the engine speed not reducing when the accelerator is released.....etc,etc
Just thought if their was anyone with this age and type vehicle they may be interested in this recall

i dont have one but it is good to see that we have the interest of others at heart.
i for one find out a lot of info on this
forum that i wouldnt anywhere else and i am sure others do too.
could one say, Remember, you heard it first on Explore Oz???
