Butch that does seem rather large.
Could it be 4.4 mm
I would ring the the people who sold it to you.

All the best

Butch,
I recently fitted some firestone coil rite's which are the same as polyairs.
There was no need to drill any holes in the upper coil mount plate.
Once you take the bump stop off, the hole left where the bolt used to be is where the airline is fed through.
the bump stop sits on top of the poly air and is held in place when the coil compresses after you lower the jack.
there are fitting instructions available on www.Trucksprings.com
The only drilling i had to do was for the valve used to inflate the poly airs- it was about 6mm
hope this of some assistance.

Yep - they recommend a bloody big hole to allow free movement of the air line. When I found out that I had to drill a hole I took them back. I didn't want to lose the bump stop on a permanent basis as I only wanted to fit the air bags when heading off on holidays fully loaded. I know I could have left them in permanently but I didn't want to.
