Not much info there jb but there's plently of national and state parks in Vic that offer some fun from the high country to the sandy parks of NW Vic. How about the old favourite
border track from Pinaroo head south to
Red Bluff, from there you can shoot across to the
Murrayville track and do some tracks in
Big Desert. Not far from there is the Murray Sunset
park which offers some more easy sand driving and if it's hot you can head North to the Murray for a swim. I'm going to the high country out of
Mansfield, will be busy they tell me.

I'm not famiiar with the high country at all, been up to Mt Buller and that's about it. Went to wombat last weekend and even with most
tracks closed there were still plently of bog holes to play in, try around Firth
Park area, no river crossings though.

Just a friendly tip jb. Instead of replying by hitting "post reply" try hitting "post follow up" That way your reply is send to my email address and I'm alerted to your message otherwise It may be missed as I don't read everything. A number of users make that mistake.
Wombat
State forest is around the
Blackwood Gisborne area so not far from
Melbourne at all. There are tracks to keep all levels of expertise happy.
Camping is available with faciities at Firth
Park or you can
camp anywhere you like. Haven't been to Bunyip yet.
