Max air is also ARB now, as they own bushranger, and the max air is double the speed of the ARB, and about as reliable, go the max air.

Yep, go the Max Air.....
I have had
mine for a couple of years and it replaced an early type ARB. I have a 3Litre air receiver
tank plumbed into my "system". Before I changed over to the MaxAir, I timed how long it took to fully charge the air system to the 100psi cut-off: a shade over 2 minutes. I then replaced it with Max Air and timed it: 30 seconds flat. Bear in mind the ARB was about 10 years old. The 3Litre
tank is used for air horns as
well as the front air locker. It is of no use when pumping up tyres, but is enough to re-
seat a bead.

I got an ARB - had it for about 5-6 years and used a lot. Never a problem. Litres per minute is just one part of the equation.
Blue tongue by OL or the twin blue tongue also worth consideration.
But, since I love ARB stuff....

I agree Mike-TS. There is more to it than ltrs per minute. I have an ARB and have seen the Max Air outperform it - however I know my ARB compressor is fully serviceable and a proven product. Who knows how the Max Air will go over time - hasn't been around long enough. They are probably an excellent unit, but for the time being I'll stick with the trusty ARB

I just bought a new Max Air for $330 at a
camping store on the
Gold Coast, it pays to negotiate on price, they obviously have a fairly large negotiating
margin.
