The GQ has an LSD in the rear diff only.

Ti versions were (normally) provided with a manual rear diff lock so you may have one of those.

No standard 4WD (to my knowledge) has ever been provided with a front LSD although similar auto lockers are available from the aftermarket.

Any GQ Patrol will now have a few klms under its wheels and despite having one of the strongest LSDs in the game (with only a Pajero LSD coming close) it is likely that it will not be working now, or at least not to its full potential. You can have them rebuilt comparatively cheaply, but if you are doing some real off roading and looking for traction you should get a rear locker. ARB Air Lockers are recommended and you cabn use the compressor (make sure it is located somewhere accessible) to pump your tyres up!

Good Luck.

I agree that LSDs are no match for a locker, but I have followed a standard 1995 GQ Patrol Wagon into some pretty rough country and I could see the LSD coming into play, so they still work to some extent after almost 7 years.
