Al & Mrs Al (Vic)
Hi all, hoping someone can help me, I spotted a
snorkel on a LC100 yesterday [I was stopped at a T
intersection and it passed me] instead of the 'breather" bit [sorry this is Lyn speak] pointing frontwards, this one ran sideways along the A pillar [that's Al speak, and probably the best way to describe it] has anyone seen these....and if so what are the pros and cons of such a design

I've seen them. On other makes too.
Not sure of the pluses but a minus would be you couldn't fit alternative air cleaners on top.

Hi Lyn , There the air tec , a bit of a shocker , air intake in on the top of the windscreen , looks a neat finish, but if you hit a bog hole or
river crossing to hard and the
water runs up the screen , it heads straight into the
snorkel , seen it happen.
